Three Services, Each Arranged Around Your Family
Every Bistari service is a distinct arrangement with a clear scope, transparent pricing, and a straightforward process. Families know exactly what they are getting from the outset.
← Back to HomeA Careful Start, Then Steady Support
Every arrangement begins the same way: a conversation with the family. We listen to what the household is navigating, who the older adult is, and what would make the biggest difference to daily life. Only then do we suggest which service, or combination of services, might suit best.
We introduce companions before any regular visits begin, and we check in with families every few weeks to see how things are working. If something needs adjusting, we adjust.
Listen First
Every arrangement begins with a proper conversation, not a form to fill in.
Match Carefully
Companions are chosen to suit the individual, not simply the next available person.
Introduce Properly
An introductory meeting happens before any regular visits are scheduled.
Review Regularly
We follow up with the family every few weeks to confirm the arrangement is still working as it should.
